Ingredients
:
2 bunch Palak, finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
11/2 tsp rai
1 1/2tsp jeera
1 tbsp channa
11/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 crushed red chilies
1/4 tsp haldi powder
3-4 sprigs of curry leaves
11/2 tsp dhaniya
Salt to taste

Method
:
Heat oil in a pan put mustard and cumin
seeds when they popAdd Bengal gram,red chilies,
curry leaves and fry for 2 minutes.
Also
add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 more
minutes. Now add chopped Palak,salt and
fry until it is done.
Serve
hot with riceor chapathi.
