Ingredients
:
palak (Spinach) 1 bunch
Red Chillies 2
jeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tsp
Coconut - 1/2
haldi ( Turmeric powder)1/4 tsp
Toor daal 1/2 cup
For garnishing:
Coconut Oil 2 tsp
rai ( Mustard seeds) 1tsp
Urud dal 1 tsp

Method
:
Pressure cook toor dal. Clean palak thoroughly
and cook it in a vessel by adding some water
(very little water is enough to cook palak)
along with salt and haldi powder.
Grind the palak in a blender and keep aside
Grind grated coconut, red chillies and jeera
and add them to the palak .
Add the cooked Toor daal to these and cook
for about 8 mins. Garnish with coconut oil,
rai and rud dal.
