Preparation

Ingredients :
1 Medium onions
1/2" Ginger piece
11/2 Flakes Garlic
1 Red chilies
1/2 tsp Khuskhus
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1tsp Dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
A pinch of Haldi
2 tbsp halved Cashew nuts
11/2 cups Paneer cubes
1 tbsp Kishmish
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil

Method
:
Cut the paneer into cubes, deep fry in oil
till golden brown, drain and keep aside.Blend
together the onions, ginger, garlic, red
chilies and Khuskhus.
Take a pan heat oil and fry the onion paste
till done. Mix in the dry powders and fry
lightly. Add the cashews and raisins. Also
add some water and let it come to a boil.Add
the paneer cubes, sugar and salt to taste.
Simmer till the gravy thickens.
Serve hot with rice.
