Ingredients
:
1/2 kg Paneer
100 gm Cashewnuts
50 gm Khoya / mawa
50 gm Tomatoes
25 gm dhaniya
10 gm Ginger and Garlic Paste
1 tsp Corriander leaves
2 to 3 nos. Whole Red chillies
1 tsp jeera
100 gm Oil salt to taste

Method
:
Cut paneer into cubes and fry till light
brown. Make a paste of the cashewnuts, Roasted
dhaniya and red chillies and grind coarsely.
Heat oil in a pan and saute jeera ,Then
add the ginger and garlic paste and fry
till light brown. Then add the dhaniya and
red chillies.
Grind cashewnuts,add to the paste and cook
for 5 -6 mins Add salt and khoya.Make a
smooth gravy. Add the paneer and rest of
masala.
Garnish with tomatoes and chopped corriander
leaves. Serve this dish in handi, serve
hot with paratha/ naan / puri.
