Ingredients
:
4 cups chopped palak
2 tbsp dill
2 tbsp chawli (tanjaria) bhaji
2 tbsp khatti bhaji
2 tbsp chana dal.
1 carrot, chopped
1 potato, chopped
6 -7 french beans, chopped
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilli
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method
:
Cook the palak, dill, chawli , khatti bhaji,
chana dal, carrot, potato, french beans
with 1 teacup of water in a presure cooker.
Heat the oil and fry the giner, green chilli
and garlic for a few seconds. Add the tomatoes
and fry again for 2 mins.
Add the cooked vegetables, chilli powder
and salt. Mix very well. Boil for a few
minutes.
