Shahi Paneer

Preparation time: 40-45 minutes

Ingredients :

200 gms Fresh Paneer
1 Tomatoes, Pureed
1/2 tsp Red Chili powder
A pinch of Haldi
1 tsp Dhania powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
Salt to taste
Sufficient Oil

Blend to a paste :
1 medium Onions
1/2" Ginger piece
2 flakes Garlic
1 Green Chilies

Powder together :
1" Dalchini stick
2 Elaichi
2 Cloves
1/2 tbsp Khuskhus
1 tbsp Cashew nuts

Method :
Cut the paneer into cubes,Take a kadai deep fry in oil till golden brown, drain and set aside.Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion paste till it begins to brown.

Mix in the Khuskhus-cashew nut powder mixture. Fry for a minute and then add the pureed tomatoes. Add some water and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste.Now, add the fried paneer, heat through and serve hot.
