Ingredients
:
1/2 kg China Okra Quartered
2 Onions chopped
4 tbsp finely cut corriander leaves
Salt to taste
For Seasoning :
8 dry Red chillies
2 tbsp dhaniya
1tbsp rai
1 tbsp Urad dal
1 tbsp Chana dal
1/2 tbsp jeera
And little bit of hing
6 tbsp Oil to fry.

Method
:
Take a pan & add 3tbsp of oil. When
the oil heats up, add this cut china okra
& onion pieces. Mix them & place
the lid.
In the meanwhile take another pan &
put 2 tbsp of oil in it. Then fry the above
ingredients for seasoning until golden brown.
Cool it & then grind it into a fine
powder. Cook the vegetables until soft.
When cooked add corriander leaves, salt
as per taste & the grinded powder.
Now mix them together & keep on low
flame for 3 mins. Serve it hot with rice.
