Ingredients
:
13 capsicums
25g onions, chopped
50g gram flour
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tsp chili powder
1 bunches corriander
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
For
Gravy :
250g tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp chili powder
25g onions, chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp Haldi
1 1/2 tsp Dhaniya Powder
1 /2cup Curd
1 /2bunch corriander
50g oil
Salt to taste

Method
:
Make a hole at the top of the capsicum and
remove the seeds from it keep it aside.
Take a pan heat oil ,put a pinch of hing
,onionsand fry until golden brown and then
add little besan.
When the gram flour gets fried, add chili
powder, grated coconut, salt and mix well.Remove
from heat and keep aside.
Add water if required and stuff this mixture
in the capsicums. Mix the remaining gram
flour in the water and make a batter. Soak
the capsicums in thebatter and deep fry
in oil until golden color.Remove and keep
aside.
For Gravy :
Take a kadai heat oil and fry the onions
until brown. to this add ginger-garlic paste,turmeric,
chili powder,coriander powder, chopped tomatoes
and cook forfew minutes.Then add curd, salt
and cook until the gravy thickens.
Transfer the gravy to a serving dish, place
the stuffed capsicums and serve hot.
