Vegetable Korma

Ingredients :
50g Paneer
200g Boiled Carrots, Beans,
Potatoes and Peas
50g Oil
5g Corriander
50g Cream
21/2g Garam masala
5g Ginger-Garlic
100g Milk
1 Onions
21/2g Chili powder
Salt to taste
2 Tomatoes
11/2g Haldi


Method :
Take a wide pan heat oil fry the paneer pieces and keep aside. Fry the onions and ginger-garlic paste until golden color. Now add haldi, chopped tomatoes, chili powder, cilantro, garam masala,salt and fry for 5 minutes.

Then add chopped potatoes, carrots, beans, peas, fried paneer pieces, milk, cream and cook for 5-6 minutes or until done.
